 + -1 moreThe facility and equipment are good, but the personal trainers aren't as sensitive to the needs of their clients as they should be.
Description of Work: Went for personal training after leaving another facility. Requested a trainer who wouldn't be too difficult since we're in our 50's and have previous injuries. The woman assigned pushed us quite hard each time we went, even after telling her to ease up. She seemed to be more preoccupied with her own personal issues than personal training.

 + -1 moreThe owners are extremely knowledgeable, professional, very warm and friendly. The equipment is beautiful. The place is very clean and very secure. It has all the basic amenities.

 + -1 moreThey are open anytime. It is always clean and not too busy. They have a large selection of machines and free weights. Their personal trainers always seem nice and helpful.
