John from Anchor Pool is great. He's taken time to explain issues, and show me specific issues. He's been honest, and when costly repairs were required, he offered options and recommendations. He's kept my pool running and looking clean. In instances where there's been a "pool emergency", Anchor Pool has been quick to respond.

Anchor Pool exceeded expectations from day one. I've used them for weekly maintenance for almost two years, as well as for all repairs and general upkeep, and I've never been disappointed. When an issue crops up (leaking pump, cracked expansion joints, etc.), we discuss the issue, the available options, and proceed based on immediate and future needs. And, there is no pressure applied regarding service. If a problem needs immediate attention, that's how it's explained. When a small issue can slide for a while before turning into a real problem, that's how it's explained. When I am specific about what I would like done, or how I would like work completed, I am never ignored and my desires and opinions are never dismissed. Rather, they are taken into account when discussing solutions. We (my family and I) spend a LOT of time in and around the pool, and I have no complaints about the service that Anchor Pool provides, nor am I hesitant to encourage others to give them a call. Of the service providers that I use on a regular basis, Anchor Pool is one of two that I never worry about. Highly, highly recommended.
