Excellent service by dentist. extracted 3 teeth and grafted material to jaw. Saved over 50% in cost and saved more by using dental office credit department with no interest for 18 months on balance. On going dental work will require more but I'm sure satisfied with this membership program. Can't go wrong. Ms. Naini was very helpful and responded quickly to my needs. I would recommend her as the one to go to.

I cant say enough good things about this dental plan. They cover everything. (Braces for adults, whitenings, etc...) They charge $19.95 a month. Their website is www.*****.com/ckk. They have far more benefits than just the dental. The coverage that they have is unbelievable.

Hopefully, this will try to keep people from using them. They are a complete fraud. The dental coverage was fine but the prescriptions were not covered when I was told it would be. They tell you things just to get you to join their plan. When you call them with your problem, they laugh at you when you tell them your problem and when you ask with their supervisor. It has to be a fraud. I would never work with them again.

Paid for service and was supposed to get provider's names and numbers for doctors in their network. At time of signing up, I was told there were SEVERAL doctors in my area. When I went to use the service and get a doctor to see, THERE WAS NOT EVEN ONE IN WISCONSIN!!! They said I would have to go to Chicago!!! They thought that was more than reasonable to drive over an hour each direction and saw no need for a refund, discount or anything. From then on VERY rude, obnoxious and VERY un-professional!!! I did call the doctor in Chicago, and was told that I would be better off coming in as a "cash" customer any way as it would be MUCH cheaper for me...
