The work that was actually performed was good. He is very nice and takes the time to speak with you. The biggest problem is that he does not show up on a consistent basis. He will make promises to show up and will not. I tolerated this behavior for a while because I did like him. However, it finally became time that my pool had been neglected for too long and needed serious repairs.

He came two days earlier and administered a treatment to remove phosphates from the pool water. The pump then ran for 48 hours before he returned to disassemble the cartridge filter, clean it, and reassemble. This is routine maintenance of the filter. Because it was so dirty, he put them (actually there are two filters) into his truck and drove to a car wash where he cleaned them thoroughly. That extra step was not anticipated, but he did it anyway because of his desire to do a first-class job. The filters were cleaner and no unsightly waste was sent down our alley.

I had installed a new motor for my pool pump but could not get it seated correctly. Ian was able to do it and the system has been working just fine ever since. I look forward to having Ian come back any time I need some extra help or expertise with my 33 year old pool.

i wanted a service to come and clean my pool including the debris in the bottom, the sides and clear up the water as well as take care of some problem leaks i was having. the owner, Ian, is a very nice young man who worked diligently to get the job done right. he is the hardest worker i have ever seen. i now have everything working properly and a beautiful pool again.

Ian worked for another pool service company. He was far and above the best of their service people. He did the complete job every time, whether anyone was home to look over his shoulder or not. He knows and studies pool chemistry. He works hard. We trusted him to meticulously keep our pool in excellent shape and he always came through. Besides being so committed and conscientious about doing the job correctly, he has a winning personality and positive attitude to match. When he decided to establish his own business, we were one of the first of many of his previous clients to sign up.
