Brian did an excellent job relocating my power unit from the attic to the garage. Very professional work and he was very particular about dressing it out so nothing stood out. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone needing central vacuum systems.

I grew up with central vacs and always wanted one, now I have one.  
Working with them has been wonderful.  I found out about them by seeing their label on a friend's vacuum canister in the garage.  That system was at least 30 or 40 years old and still working like a charm.  That made me think this company knows how to do whole house vac systems.
We purchased between the 2 houses, 2 central vac units, 3 hide-a-hose, 5 vac pans, and 2 wally units.  This is a lot of equipment and accessories - I imagine most homes would be quite a bit less than this and also much less in cost.
This was new construction so they had to time their work with the builder's crews and Brian continuously followed up with me and the construction supervisor patiently inching through the process.  We had many custom areas requiring several visits and Brian simply rolled with the flow.  
Please know I was not price shopping - i was looking for someone to support the product and installation.  Even with that I believe his prices are more than budget sites on the internet, but with installation I believe is more than reasonable and comparable to others that have installation services.  
Brian followed up and visited the house often during the process to make sure I was happy and that things were going to plan.  Couldn't be more happy with the process!

Repaired the switch.   Runs perfectly.  Promised within 48 hours and met their promise.  No charge as it was covered under warranty (to my surprise since the vac is 5 years old).

ALL-VAC INC was very good. He put in a new advance intercom system and he was very good. It was Brian Evans I think and he was really good. He has what is going on so he is very good. He is terrific. They are very prompt, extremely prompt, very competitive price and I trusted him and that's a big thing from where I have been fear for getting robbed or anything like with one of these window folks. I had a harrowing experience a couple of weeks ago with another crew. A couple that came over and stayed upstairs and it was just too scary with the other bunch. This fellow was very trust worthy and very good, very thorough and quite competitive. I would grade them an 'A' with everything, every one of those questions is an 'A'. I would absolutely use this provider again. My house is pretty substantial now so we are getting a bigger home.

All-Vac Inc. did the work with no charge. They got ahold of the manufacturer and the manufacturer replaced the part. There isn't anything that I dislike about them. They went above and beyond and did a great job. They were honest and diligent and took care of it.

I did not like was the Dirt Devil vacuum cleaner that I brought in they repaired everything. But when I went to pick it up I was told that it was a junky vacuum cleaner and I should have not purchased it. Which I thought was rude. But the service that he did was alright. I will not use them again in the future.

I was satisfied with their services.  I imagine that their prices are higher than the retail stores but you don't go there to buy a retail vacuum sweeper.  You expect to pay more if you go there so I wasn't surprised.  It was more than what I wanted to pay but I got what I paid for.  They behaved professionally but I think they could work on their personality.  I would tell people not to expect outgoing personalities but everything else is an A.  They are kind of laid back, quiet people.  They are not talkative sales people and maybe that is a good thing.

They are definitely open to negotiating on price and I got a very good deal on the model I purchased. I have had to bring it back to be serviced and they have given me a loaner vacuum. It is taking several weeks for my vacuum to be fixed but that is due to the manufacturer providing them the warrenty parts. I am satisfied with them and trust them.

We inherited this vacuum and few years ago and it worked great until recently when it started giving off a burning rubber smell. Checked around and found this approved repair shop. Dropped off the vacuum and got a estimate within 24 hours and the repair was completed within another 24 hours. The price was reasonable and we've had no trouble since having the repair performed. Some of the staff doesn't seem to have a very happy outlook on life. In fact they gave off a bit of a depressing feel. But they got the work done effectively so that's only a minor point.

I have bought vacuum cleaners and had them serviced at this family-owned business for many years. Recently I needed another vacuum cleaner. Teresa Evans, an owner, was incredibly accomodating toward me. First Teresa carefully explained what vacuuming habits I had that made my old vacuum cleaner wear out a little early (running over metal sliding door tracks). She was honest and thorough, actually pointing out to me on the machine what the problem was. Then she listened carefully to my needs and concerns for the new vacuum cleaner and made suggestions. She is highly knowledgeable about each machine and was able to explain all features and answer all questions. It was great to be able to try their different model machines they have in their showroom, but was indecisive for quite some time. Teresa remained patient and just dedicated to my being happy with what I bought. In the end I bought the machine she had first suggested, so I recommend following her suggestions. She is adept at matching one's needs with the right machine.

The work is always done well, and quickly. I've had occasions when I've taken in our vacuum cleaner, or carpet cleaner, for repair and the service technician will fix it right when I bring it in. When it only requires a tightened screw or similar, they never have charged me. It would be easy for them to charge for these simple "repairs" because I don't know anything about these appliances, so I appreciate their integrity.
