The service tech was one of the best I have ever had. On time, very personable and listened to me! When I asked to go up with him to inspect the system he welcome that. He showed me all of the systems as he inspected them. He explained each area as he did the work and listened to my concerns regarding a gas leak near the furnace that I had smelled. He also checked the water heater for leaks. Everything checked out great and he made me feel totally confident in him and the work performed. I had used this company before on my AC/Compressor system and they did an outstanding job there also. I recommend this company and will use them again this spring to service the AC.

They have been very good because they have honored the warranty on the service contract on the heat pump unit we had put in by the original owner of the company (Ray's Emergency Air Conditioning and Heating ). All we had to do was provide them with a copy of the service contract and they came right out.  It's was almost 100 degrees outside. It was not charge because of contract. They didn't think they could make it out right away but they did. They are outstanding.

These folks are great; professional, customer friendly, and they do great work. Will continue to use them.

I think they were pretty good. They were punctual, they did what they were supposed to do, I haven't had any problems with them. This was only for a tune up, I didn’t have any repair work done by them. If I do a repair work with them and then I find that their price is very high, then I would put then down for a “B” or something.

I generally don't spend time on writing reviews generally. I know that its bad on my part but there is no way I could skip this one. We are highly impressed on the professionalism shown by the technician during the visit. The technician explained the tune-up process in detail, and we feel fully satisfied with the service. Thank you for your service.

I called All City on a Saturday morning at 9:00 and a technician was on site by 10:30. A full hour ahead of schedule, which we were grateful for. The tech was knowledgeable, courteous, polite, and professional. The job was performed quickly, and his report contained information that warned me of a potential problem in the future. No hard sell, just a head's up that I have a control board that is not operating at 100%. My furnace is now fully functional, and I can plan on the future repair without having it hit me by surprise. This is top notch service. When I do need to make the next repair, I will certainly call these guys back. Living in Texas, I've had to use a number of HVAC companies over the years. All City is by far the best and most professional I have ever encountered.

I cannot say enough about this crew. They are always so informative. They tested for carbon monoxide, verified both systems control boards operation sequences for a heat demand. They replaced burned out wires at no additional charge. They covered 20 points of inspection items for abnormalities. This best thing about this crew is that they are always very informative and try to help keep you out of dangers way. They give recommendation and I have never felt as if they were trying to sell me something. I go out of my way to recommend them to everyone I know.

To diagnose and replace a $20 capacitor in 30 minutes or less we were charged $300 (minus AL coupon). This pattern repeats itself often, and I feel that it is unethical. I don't think it's specific to this service provider. Maybe the AL coupon itself is the problem, as the service provider has to make back the money. I would sell my piggy toe for a service provider that would charge time and materials and skip the coupon. This works out to $500 per hour labor rate, which is unconscionable (less if you include drive time). Pros: professional, knowledgable, friendly, quickly fixed the problem.

Stan was extremely thorough and professional during the visit.  They came the very next day and were flexible when we needed to make an adjustment to the time.  I truly appreciate Stan's courtesy and he did a wonderful job of communicating with me while he was here.
After a very complete review of the system (including a trip to the steamy hot attic), he and Ron demonstrated tremendous integrity by advising us to use a manufacturer-trained technician as the concern could be covered under warranty.  He readily provided all the information I would need to pass on to the dealer tech and demonstrated his genuine concern for what was best for us.  Because they only diagnosed the issue and didn't fix it, there was no charge for their service -  more than fair.
I will readily call on them for any future needs and will happily refer them to others.

It went great. We scheduled with Ron on a Friday evening for Saturday morning work. He was prompt in returning our call and arrived at the time he said he would. Like anyone that's owned many houses over many years, you know that you're going to have an occasional visit from a heating and A/C person. After awhile, you learn to ask the right questions and figure out how trustworthy the person you're dealing with is. I was delighted when Ron showed up - he's been at it for a while. He answered my questions honestly. Ron is my new A/C guy. There was not attempt at all to romance me into services we didn't need - and we had a candid conversation about the age of my units and how they're looking, etc - no red flags. We'll likely replace our older unit in the next couple years and given my experience with Ron today, he'll be my first call. Ultimately, the unit needed charged. The fees were not excessive, the work was done quickly, and the results were great. The coupon here on Angie's list helped a lot. I give Ron and All City Air Conditioning & Heating very high marks given my experience today. Thanks Ron!

Also explained clearly it has a leak eventually it will need replaced. 3 others said it needed to be replaced period, working up estimates and unclear alternatives.. He repaired it  and also fixed some of the wiring harness that had been boogered up by our Home warranty ppl. that spent a week doing their experiments on our unit unsuccessfully (to the point where we were going to ask them to leave). He posses much experience and confidence. I would refer him with much reassurance. He was referred to me by an electrician that was in the Navy for years.
