They did a fantastic job of learning my likes, tastes and interests before starting. In several instances, they recommended less expensive equipment to do the same, if not better, job. There were a couple of mistakes to the wiring, and they corrected the error within 2 days. They revisited a couple of times to make sure everything was working to the best possible specifications and we were happy. They have direct lines of communications with the electronic vendors to resolve any questions or necessary tweaking. In one case, a circuit board had to be replaced. They provided a substitute (better than my equipment!) while the part was being shipped and replaced. These guys are the most knowledgable and friendliest in the game.
