Irma came in for a deep cleaning and positively gave this house the cleaning of its life!!  Rather than describe everything she did in detail (which would take me all night) I will say she did things I only do every few YEARS!!   She did things I try to find excuses to NEVER do!  I was hurt about 6 weeks ago and after a hospital stay and a still broken wrist, found it impossible to do  more than one bathroom at a time etc.  Things were getting pretty nasty around here and Irma really got us back on track!!!  Before she came today I had considered having her back every once in a while if she did a good job - well she did a good job and I hope to have her out here once a month as long as I can afford it!!  Thanks so much Irma!!!

Irma and her crew have been cleaning our house for about a month and each and every time they do an outstanding job. Very thorough and great attention to the details that make a big difference. She deals well with our two large dogs and she works very hard and never leaves until the whole house sparkles. We met with Irma on a weekday evening. She came in and took a look around our house and explained exactly what she would do. We made an appointment for a first cleaning that night. She was on time and did a great job. She left us a calendar for the remainder of the year of every date that she would come.

She is great. We like her a lot. We've been using her for about three years and we've had a lot of success with her. She does good quality work. She is very friendly and polite all the time. The only complaint is that she sometimes does not call if she is going to be late.

She is trustworthy and professional. She sends me a schedule of when she'll come for the rest of the year. I just leave her a key to get in the house.

I was a little concerned in the beginning because Irma arrived about an hour later than we had planned. Once she got there (at 8:00 AM) she went to work right away. I was very impressed with the focus and integrity of her work. I appreciated her attention to details. Irma really knows her craft. She was able to get stains off of my range top that no one else could get off. She came alone which made this a really big job for one person. She worked steadily and didn't finish until 11:00 PM. That's 14 hours straight without much of a break. The house sparkled and I would definitely recommend Irma to anyone who wants a top notch cleaning.

I have used three different services, and found Irma to be very professional and trustworthy. I switched from using another service because I did not feel comfortable with how many times they had changed out their workers, and the quality of the work deteriorated over the course of the year. Irma gave me an estimate of the initial full-house cleaning ($250 for 2700 s/f), and then her charges for weekly ($95) and bi-weekly ($110). She sent me a schedule for the dates she would be cleaning the house right away. I am currently scheduled for weekly cleanings and am very pleased with the quality of her work.

Irma and her group are very thorough and very professional. She has been cleaning my house for about two months, and I have seen consistently good results. I was particularly impressed by her initial house clean (which was $150), in which she tackled the ceiling fans and fixtures, windows, etc. She provided me with a calendar of the days she will come to my house, as they vary, and I provide the supplies and rags for her to use.

Irma has been cleaning my home on a bi-weekly basis for the past year. The work is great, fast, and thorough. The price is not the absolute cheapest available, but a good balance considering the quality. Because of her reputation and many happy customers, Irma stays very busy and sometimes has to juggle her schedule. She always calls, usually in advance, to work out an alternative appointment. I am happy with the work and heartily recommend her services to friends.

Overall it went really well. Irma was able to fit me into her schedule and showed up at the house on time. Since I had already moved out of the house, she came over late at night (9 p.m.) and worked on the house.

I was gone away for about six weeks so I had them cleaning here everyday. The woman who owns the company, her sister actually, never showed up one day and never called back either. I really cannot say how the owner does it because it was her sister that gave me troubles. I paid for each time they had cleaned. It was like $65 per day. I am just not to sure about them I guess.

They're incredibly thorough and very sweet and personable. I was in a bind and they helped me out.

I feel that they are dishonest.

I needed help getting my house ready for a party. Irma and her sister arrived the Friday before the party about 7:30 a.m. and we cleaned until 7:30 p.m. I couldn't have done it all by myself, and the house looked great. I'd recommend them.

I would recommend Irma services. She was very professional and did a very good job. When she arrived she started immediately. She was not late and was very pleasant the entire time. If she did not know something she would ask where products were kept. She put everything back in place when she finished.

Her estimate was very good, but it did take more time than they expected. (Apparently, the last crew hadn't done as good a job. The trim was dirty, many of the windows/blinds had been missed, etc.) They were here from 8am to almost 7pm. She showed up with one worker, left her to check on another job for much of the day, and came back with a third later in the afternoon to finish the job. She suggested another full day with a full crew before we entered recurring (bi-weekly), but we decided we'd rather continue bi-weekly with the understanding that we'll let them focus on different areas each time so that our house remains clean without the second day of deep cleaning. We've never had a better experience with a more pleasant crew.

Irma and Maria came over on a Sunday to look over the job and give me an estimate. She doesn't provide supplies so we went over a supply list and I had most of the items on hand. They showed up before 8 am as promised and brought along a couple of helpers. They worked diligently for 11 hours completing all the work. The result was stunning. Everything shone and smelled so clean. I highly recommend her and have scheduled her for bi weekly visits. At first the quote seemed a bit high, but the quality of work made it seem very reasonable.

I called Irma on a Wednesday to clean my house, top to bottom, on Thursday or Friday. My 29-year-old son had passed away on Tuesday, and the services were on Saturday. Of course, she was booked; however, she asked her sister to help and they came on Thursday. They only had three hours, due to their other commitments, but they spent another hour, not charging me for the extra time required to do the ''really good cleaning'' they had promised. My daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren had just arrived from Alaska, when Irma and Mary arrived. They were like quiet little whirlwinds winding their way methodically through every nook and cranny of my house. The children seemed to be a joy to them, not a bother. These two ladies are truly angels and their work is superior.

Because we are expecting company from England, she squeezed us into the evenings in order to get us done before our company. I have never seen anyone work as hard as Irma. We plan to continue to use Irma's services to keep our house sparkling clean. We were even inspired to declutter quite a bit. Irma was responsible, professional and a pleasure to work with.
