My husband and I were out of town when the March 25th storm came through Yukon. When we got back in town several days later, we realized a lot of homes in the neighborhood were getting new roofs, so called for estimates from several roofing contractors. I was very impressed with Chris when he came by. We explained that we were out of town a lot and also had our house for sale and had just gone under contract. I was in a panic because of our timeline on closing.
He told me not to worry, he would handle everything, and he did. Even though we were a couple of weeks behind the majority of people in the neighborhood in getting our estimates, he made sure that all the work was done before we closed on our house.
When we were in town, he came by to explain what work had been done and what remained. When we were out of town, he kept me updated via email, text and phone calls to keep my level of anxiety low and continued to assure me that all work would be done before closing, which it was.
I put my complete faith and trust in him and he earned it. One day after closing, the BIG rain storms started and the new owners discovered a small leak. I sent Chris a text telling him about it and he responded in less than a minute. He immediately contacted them and sent someone over to get the problem resolved so there was no major damage to the home.
I highly recommend Chris and his company to anyone who is looking for an honest and dependable roofing contractor.

Absolute Roofing’s customer service and communication with the customer is horrible! They would not evan give me the courtesy of a call to tell me there would be a delay and discuss what would be done to resolve the problem. I attempted to contact them numerous times by phone, nothing but a answering machine, they would not return my calls and they would not respond to my E-mail. It was necessary that go to their office to resolve the issue.
"Absolute PRC has taken corrective measures to insure that this issue never arises again in any of our offices. When our Harrah office was made aware of the issues out on this project, our owner immediately took necessary steps to get our subcontractors out to the property in order to fix the gutter system. When addressing the situation with the representative of Absolute PRC that was the contractor in charge of this project, we realized that there was a mis-communication between our gutter sub-contractor and our contractor in charge. Absolute PRC immediately made this projects gutter system top priority. Later after reviewing the Contractor in charge and his other jobs going on we decided to terminate our relationship with this particular contractor. Jobs like these our not common in our company, and our professionalism and absolute integrity with our customers always comes first to ALL of our contractors. We sent some of our assets to Oklahoma from DFW to help out our existing Absolute PRC contractors in Oklahoma. Our assets included contractors. dump trucks, various tools, and sub-contractors."
