At Absolute PRC we take on all residential roofing and we take great pride in Absolute Integrity. Absolute Professional Roofing Contractors was formed in 2004 by a team with a total of 20 years of roofing experience. Although our business entity is young our exceptional team has the experience and attitude to exceed the expectations of all our clients. The long term business strategy we have adopted is based on our ability to (a) Never make assumptions, (b) Always be impeccable with our statements, (c) Always do our best. We believe these are three simple ideas which will allow our company to continue its growth for many years to come. We utilize Xactimate software, which is the same program your insurance company uses, to generate our proposals. I am writing an update to my previous review. At first, everything seemed fine but in April, one of my toilets stopped flushing & the nearby shower became stopped up. The second bathroom toilet began overflowing--into the bathtub & it was absolutely nasty--it was sewer backflush!! Disgusting! I called 3 different plumbers and they were not able to clean out the sewer lines. I called Roto Rooter who came out on an emergency basis - the technician worked until 9:00 that night to clear out the roofing debris from the roof! This is why auguring the sewer did not work. The Roto Rooter technician was a lifesaver.
Fortunately for me, I received the last installment from the insurance company right about this time. I talked to Absolute & explained the problems I'd had with the roof & deducted $1,000 from the check to them to cover the costs of the plumbing, carpet cleaning, etc.
As if that wasn't enough, on or about 05-21-15, I was in my master closet hanigng up clothes & noticed a huge green & water-soaked area in the ceiling. Of course, I called Brad Carman & Absolute about this. Brad came out a few days later & inspected the stain. Unbelievably his response was that this was probably caused by the wood shingles that had been removed from the roof in 1996!!!! He also stated that Roto Rooter could have cracked one of the pipes when they were up there. He also told me that he'd get a contractor out to my house to repair the damage.
Today is June 18th and I still haven't heard back from Brad or Absolute. But then why would I expect them to get back with me - they've been paid so they've gotten what they wanted.
This has been a nightmare - I wouldn't use Absolute again if my life depended on it!

Brad went above and beyond the call of duty when I was out of town and it started raining. He came out in the rain and climbed on the roof to add more tarps so water would stop coming into the house. My wife was extremely grateful for his service. Throughout the entire time it took to complete all the different jobs Brad was always very helpful and kept us informed of what was going on. Although this job had its challenges Brad always kept us informed and made sure things were done properly. I would definitely use Absolute Roofing in the future should the need arise.

Brad Carmon was the project manager and checked the progress and quality of the work constantly. The work was completed in an orderly and timely fashion, many times due to Brad overseeing the project. Pricing was very acceptable and he kept me informed on details, times for work to begin, explanations of the work being done. When the roof was complete he came out to inspect and performed a few small jobs so it would be complete to his satisfaction. I recommend Brad Carmon and Absolute Roofing very highly.
They made the project a good experience!!

The company did an excellent job. They were available whenever I had a question or when I made specific requests. For example, I changed the type of roofing shingles that I chose and asked that they paint the back fence that I share with a neighbor with a roller instead of using a sprayer. (I was concerned that a sprayer would damage the neighbor's lawn furniture.) Absolute met my requests without hesitation. They even volunteered to make a repair to my gate because it was sagging and was difficult to open or close. They were also very careful to keep my little dog inside the yard when I let her go outside, and they were very quick and thorough about removing all trash and cleaning the flower beds and yard. Overall, I am completely satisfied with Absolute's work and was impressed with the manner in which the foreman, Jose, went out of his way to be sure I was kept well informed and happy with all their work.

Insurance paid for it. They really worked the insurance company and with the adjuster. He went up on the roof and took pictures of the hail damage to show them. Then when the insurance man came out, he went up on the roof with him. He did all of the talking with the insurance company. His name was Cody Garrett, he is the one that does all of the sales and everything. He took it upon himself to replace damaged wood, where the squirrels had gotten in, with metal and painted it when they were all done with the roof. He said that they would have this roof on and back on in one day and they did. He cleaned up his mess. This is not a small house. They were here by noon and done by 6 or 7 that day. That is how big their team is that does it. I would use them again.

I've been putting off replacing the roof for years...
Spotted Absolute's number on a car when I was stopped at a red light and called on the spur of the moment. Brad came out the same day & quoted a price. Also promised to be finished in a day (I was skeptical about this part.....)
25 guys showed up on the agreed date; worked like crazy and finished about three hours ahead of time - it was all very impressive.
But here's why I'd recommend Absolute.... Right after Brad left with my check, I turned on the AC and nothing worked.
Grrrrrrrrr....... I knew this was all too easy!!
I contacted the office and explained what was going on. In less than 10 minutes, one of the roofers was back to try and fix the problem, followed a few minutes later by Brad. They checked over everything, couldn't identify the problem and started trying to organize an AC contractor to come out. Luckily, before they got another contractor out, they figured out what the problem was and solved it! Yaayyy-everybody's happy!!
So - they did exactly what they promised, under time and on budget. But what I loved was that when a problem emerged, they were on it instantly and were pulling out all the stops to ensure that they solved it as fast as they could and with as little disruption to me as possible.
Thank you Absolute and Brad - highly recommended!!

We had a great experience with this company. They were quick to get us
on the schedule for a new roof and had our enormous roof done in a day.
They were always punctual and very professional. We also had some other
work subcontracted from them (painting exterior of home, new gutters)
and that work was excellent. Several months after the job, we noticed a
leak in our ceiling. Turns out one of the stacks had a small leak around
it on the roof. They came out the next day and fixed it, no questions
asked. We have been very impressed with them and recommend them to
everyone we know. We have had many bad experiences in the past with
contractors, so this was such a breath of fresh air dealing with
Absolute PRC. They went above and beyond our expectations.

We woke up one day and had shingles on our lawn but we thought we were ok. Then it rained and leaked on our ceiling. We started out calling ads and such but were not comfortable with any of the contractors. I had a bad experience with a roof contractor at my old house. Absolute came out, tore off the old roof, replaced it and even installed a ridge vent at no extra charge. None of the other five roofing companies even mentioned this. After the job was over not a single nail could be found in our yard. An added bonus is our electric bills are lower. Their salesman, Jesse Yancy was very helpful and made this a pleasant experience. A+

I have nothing to say other than GREAT things about Absolute Professional Roofing and my contractor, Brad Carmon. If all of Absolute's employees are like Brad Carmon, then you can't go wrong. I needed my roof replaced, among other things due to the hail storms we had. Brad came to my door and asked to look at my roof. He DID NOT ask for my adjuster's report (all previous roofers had) and took a look at the damage. He was great, friendly and knowledgably. Very competitive prices. After receiving 5 different contracts, I picked him. What I really appreciated with Brad was his thoroughness, effort, honesty, patience, professionalism and willingness to teach me what I didn't understand.
Brad and his team were professional, honest, hardworking, very clean, project times were finished as promised and an absolute delight to work with. Any future problems I have, Brad will be the person I contact. I will be recommending Brad and his team to many friends, family and coworkers.

They tried to put the radiant decking upside down to strech material then tried to not put clips between the deck boards. Then tried to put cauking to cover nail holes in the new shingles where they had to redo some of the shingles. When doing siding we had one piece siding 32ft long. They didnt give me an option (I thouight was getting the same ) they just put up 12 ft length so now we have the end lines we never wanted.
ON 2/11/2013 The OWNER OF ABSOLUTE ROOFING GOT WITH ME AND WE WORKED OUT THE ISSUES AND HE GOT HIS CREW TO COME OUT AND TAKE CARE OF ALL THEY COULD FIX AND FIXED IT RIGHT THIS TIME.
I FEEL THAT HE WAS ONESTLY SORYY FOR WHAT HAD HAPPEND AND WISHED HE HAD KNOWN THIS HAD HAPPEND
I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BUT MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE OWNERS #.

After owning a home for over 10 years, I undoubtedly have to say that Brad Carmon is one of the nicest, hardest working contractors I've ever dealt with. He will try his hardest to accommodate your needs and concerns. He was an excellent liaison in dealing with the insurance adjuster. He recommended Ridge Vents since my home was built in the 1960s, only had 2 turbine vents and needed additional ventilation. As well, on 3 different occasions he did some attic work himself in the heat of August.
Due to scheduling issues, I really needed the roof to be replaced on a certain day. Brad was able to have appointments rearranged so my roof could be completed on the day I needed it.
Brad and this company did a great job and cleaned up the post-work well. The roof looks great and I would highly recommend Brad/Absolute Professional Roofing Contractors!

After being referred to Absolute Professional Roofing Contrators by several friends, we called and Kyron and his team took over the process. Absolute Professional Roofing Contractors met with the insurance adjuster and walked the roof resulting in a new roof bought by our insurance company. The insurance company was paying for a same roof replacement of a 25 year for a 25 year. Kyron gave us the opportunity to upgrade to a 30 year 3 tab at a very small upcharge and we are happy we did. We also added an additional 2 attic turbines (that they painted to match the roof!), which has made a huge difference in venting the heat. The roof has added value and looks great - it has given a custom look to this track home!
As this is a rental property, we had to have Absolute Professional Roofing Contrators work with the tenants schedule. The team was on site when they said and completed same day early that afternoon, resulting in a happy tenant and a happy landlord. There was a supervisor on site and he stayed in contact with me through out the process, alerting me when complete for us to drive out.
The roof looked amazing, the property was clean and there was no evidence that all that constuction had just taken place.
Nearly 3 years later - no problems at all and the friends we've referred have been just as satisfied. We are now ready to replace the roof on our personal home - and will be using Absolute Professional Roofing Contractors again. (And again...as we have another rental property that is needing a new roof soon, too!)

Our experience was very positive in every aspect
They showed up for all apointments on time, and they worked around aour personal scheules when askedThey answered all ourt questions with words we understood.,
They presented our dificulties to our insurance company in a professional manner which I am certain resulted in us receiving much better reimbursement than if we submitted the claim without their assistance The adjuster even commented on how fair and objective they were
