I pay them far too much. We have our house phone with them and our internet and they are all about bundling and all these kind of stuff but they don’t do anything for me. They respond when you call them but they don’t seem that happy about really wanting to keep you for customer retention. They are pretty good with quality.

They usually have good offers for new products that make it worthwhile for you to upgrade your phone. They have good family products that you can use internet and divide among the family. Their family plans are good. They have good service. When we go to Virginia we have a lower service availability.
