Amy is fantastic. Before she was hired she answered all my questions. She was very transparent about the monthly fees and outlined the contract before we agreed to do business together. A Plus handled everything from inspecting the property to make sure it met code, taking professional pictures for the listing, listing and marketing the property, and screening tenants. Every month I get a detailed statement. Amy is quick to answer emails and phone calls. I even get a periodic inspection report of the property with pictures to let me know how the house looks while the tenant is living there. I am very pleased thus far! Thanks A Plus! Joshua Gonzales

We have worked with a number of property managers to maintain and rent properties and have recent experience to compare. In our first meeting with Amy of A Plus Management, she shared how much she loved her work. As she described her experience and expertise, her processes, the portal she uses for communication, her connections with multiple vendors, her pricing and her focus on positive relationships with both property owners and tenants, she convinced us it would be mutually beneficial to hire her. That was July and was a great decision. She supported us with considerable minor repairs, a water leak, and a new roof. Once everything was set she published professional photos of the property and found desirable tenants. I highly recommend A Plus Managment.

Amy did a better, faster job than my husband and I ever could have hoped. We had been unsure about a previous property manager who seemed to be dragging his feet. After we hired Amy, the first house rented almost immediately. When I asked her to meet me to take a look at the second house, she was there before I was, earlier than the time we'd scheduled. I knew we had a lot of things that needed to be done in the house and I didn't know if she would have access to all of the vendors that we would need. It turned out though that every time I asked, "Do you have someone for that?", she said yes. Her vendors were as punctual and professional as she was. The rates were reasonable. The handyman was there on the same day that the lease ended for the previous tenants and took the tub apart in order to fix a very small crack to prevent future leaks, hung blinds, rewired some lighting, and more. The floor man, Jose Silva of Joe's Floor Shop, met us that first day as well, ready with samples and a computer on which he could diagram the house and generate prices right away. He was also able to email me a copy of his insurance right there on the spot. I shouldn't have been surprised that that house was rented about 10 days after I hired Amy of A Plus Management. I could say more but I'll just say to wrap up that I highly recommend this property manager.

Amy is a property manager in the Dallas metro area, as well as a Realtor. Amy helped me with a real estate transaction (buying). Amy Karns was recommended to me via my Arizona realtor when I relocated to the Dallas metro area. I knew the north Dallas area somewhat due to visiting friends in the area, but not well enough to house-hunt on my own, and plus I'd never lived in Texas. For home-hunting, I gave Amy a list of my nice-to-haves and my one or two deal breakers, and she got to work. She found a couple by the following weekend, and even in a community that had been recommended to me based on what I was looking for. The first two weren't good matches for various reasons, but within a couple of days another one in that same community popped up. This one was perfect, but I was waiting on my Arizona house to close before making an offer on the home here. Amy was very understanding and incredibly patient with me. We finally made an offer, and the owner took their sweet time filtering through offers. In the meantime, we still looked at at least one more home, but Amy kept me on the straight and narrow--she knew what I wanted and didn't let me settle for less. My offer was finally chosen, and Amy and I went through some rather strange and odd circumstances with that entire transaction--from the very beginning to the very end. She kept her cool when I was on the edge of losing mine. Amy was always available to me, and no question was a dumb question, and there was no such thing as too many questions. She used her experience and knowledge of the local real estate market to navigate us to the closing (and a day early, at that!). I'm very happy to now own the townhouse I wanted, and I couldn't have gotten there without Amy. I highly recommend Amy Karns if you're looking to buy or sell a house in the Dallas metro area.

Amy is absolutely WONDERFUL!! I was looking for a trustworthy, honest property manager to maintain my beloved home while I travel for work. Amy is extremely hardworking and prompt in responding to my emails/texts/calls. I'm new to being a landlord and she has been so patient in answering all of my questions and explaining every step of the process. I was so impressed with how efficient and determined she was to find the perfect tenant for my home. Also, my house was affected by some hail damage immediately before I intended on renting my property out. She found contractors for the repairs that stayed within my insurance payout. She is excellent at communicating and keeping me well informed. I really appreciate her honesty, advice, and transparency. She definitely has your best interest at heart. I'm so glad I found her and 10/10 would certainly recommend!!
