Joe Baker is always a professional. He scheduled his visit around my needs. He was prompt and courteous. He treated the outside with spray and pellets and sprayed the inside. I've used Joe for about 7 years and have never had a complaint. If there is ever a need for him to make a followup visit, he does so without hesitation. Joe is dedicated to a good customer experience.

I have been using A Bugs Business for the past 5 years. Joe Baker did the termite inspection on my home when I purchased it and he's been providing quarterly maintenance (spraying, pellets, traps) ever since. Joe is always pleasant and professional. He's flexible with his schedule and quick to accommodate yours. Joe offers his services to the entire Metroplex. I've been happy to refer my friends and co-workers to him.
