It took the man much longer that it should have because I had already ordered the part and it came with very explicit instructions. We had only hired someone to install it because it was on the floor and difficult to reach. He did not charge me for the extra time which I was very happy about. When I tried to run a load of laundry, however, it made horrible noise and eventually stopped working. I called them and got another repair man out and they repaired it again. It was still making noise, however, and they refused to admit that they had not fixed the problem. The third time they came out they said they would have to take apart the entire washer and see what was wrong. I felt at this point that they had caused the damage themselves and were not taking responsibility. Eventually I decided to just get a new washer instead of having A Appliance Repair fix the problem.
