Wonderfully. They are very ingenious craftsmen/engineers who can get jobs done at a fraction of the cost of what a dealer would charge. A year ago, they replace the body panel on my 2007 GMC Yukon XL for $125, when the dealer was going to charge us $500. Very, very pleased.

these guys are good. kong and dino helped me out. they know what they are doing and they are nice people.
i needed a new hood for my car and i was paying for it out-of-pocket. kong and dino hooked me up with a nice hood and painted it well. i wanted my car battery replaced also. i had purchased a new battery and they installed it for me.
also, i made such good friends with dino that he came over to my place to take a look at the car a couple of times for no charge. now, which mechanic/body person would do that?
their quality of work is great. i recommend these guys to you if you need a professional car repair service for a good price.

I visited A+ Motorbay for the second time this past weekend to get the struts on my wife's car replaced. I called another mechanic prior to calling them. The other mechanic would only give me an estimated cost range over the phone. A+ was able to quote a price over the phone, and came in under the low end of the other shops price. The resulting bill matched their estimate exactly. While doing the repair, they called to tell me about the fender of the car scraping against the tire on left turns. They offered to do a temporary fix for free when the repair ended up being expensive. I knew about the scrapping sound, but had attributed it to something else. These guys are extremely honest, and trustworthy and I will definitely be going back. I estimate I saved several hundred dollars going to them versus the other mechanic.

If you need auto body work your search is over! My daughter came home from college and asked me to take a look at a "scratch" on her car. The "scratch" happened when she drug her left rear quarter panel down a concrete pole. I was sure the whole panel needed to be replaced but Kong said he could fix it and it would look like new. I picked the car up today and he was right, you cannot tell its been repaired! The repair price was very competitive and they even washed and cleaned out the car's interior. This is the best customer service experience I have had in years.

I picked this placed based upon the Angies list reviews. The price he quoted for the replacement mirror matched the price I heard when I had called the dealership a few weeks before. I was expecting some sort of markup by them, but it matched to the penny. I was only charge about $40 for the labor, which I thought was fair for the work required. When I brought the car back to get the work done, I showed up a few hours earlier than I had originally told him, yet they still started the work immediately, and I was out the door in less than an hour. Extremely courteous, and a great value.

I took 2 of my cars there for minor body work. Their quotes were very reasonable compared to other shops, and they did quick, quality work. I know I would have paid double the price at a chain, and it would have taken longer. I have some additional damage on a car that needs repaired, and I will definitely be taking it back.

Good. Technician was detailed in his explanation of what was tested, what passed and why. He took the time to explain the test results and report.

The estimate was less than I expected, and the final cost was less than the estimate. It's a ten-year-old car so I didn't want to pay more than the car was worth and Mr. Kong was careful to find out exactly what I wanted to fix and what I didn't. I was able to pick up the car a week earlier than he had estimated, and it looked great! I hope I never drive into a truck (or anything else) again, but if I do, I'll be calling A+ again (right after I turn in my driver's license).

Moved to Plano from out of state. Had no one to trust with my cars. Found Kong after spending needless money at a dealership, really NEEDLESS. Kong's biz was found on Angie's list. Thankfully! He's not in the high rent district and he is more concerned with customer's satisfaction than appearances. Referring people is not what I like to do. This was my experience, I hope yours is as good or better. Angie's list has given me the names of people that have preformed well. A+ MotorBay Auto has aved me money and deserve a try. If you use A+ tell him the guy with the big silver truck and broken mirror referred you.

They bid the job and their bid came in well under the State Farm estimator. The car was repaired to my satisfaction, though it did take a couple of weeks which is longer than I would have preferred and it was difficult to understand some of the people working there. However, when the job was done it looked great and the price was wonderful. It's a grimy shop, the turnaround is slow, and most of the people are difficult to understand. But all of this is more than offset by the quality work and the extremely low price.

I was happy with them; they were okay. I spent about $1700 on the job. They were a very old-fashioned company. They didn’t have a proper credit card system. However, their work was okay. They told me that they were going in for a name change because they were hit badly by the bad economy. Their prices were okay. They were very responsive. They weren’t very professional, though. I might consider hiring them in the future.

When I told Hong I was prepared to leave my truck and take a taxi home, he asked to please wait. He treated me like a big tipper in Vegas.

I got this company off of Angie's List. I took the car in for an estimate. They gave me one, it did co-inside with the insurance company's estimate. The check we got from the insurance company was minus the deductible, but A+Motorbay did not make us pay the deductible. They just accepted what the insurance company paid. They seem to be very professional and dependable. The car looks great. The paint matched perfectly! I will go back, if I ever need to!

In the midst of moving into a new house, I ripped the driver side mirror off my Camry while backing out of the garage. I called A+, they gave me a very good quote (around $320) and ordered the part. I took the car in when the part arrived and they installed the mirror in less than 30 minutes. I had no issues or problems, and was very satisfied.

I had three problems with my car. I had broken the side mirror on the passenger side, the driver's side seat would no longer adjust and my electric windows would sometimes not roll up. The dealer gave me a quote of $2700. A+ Motorbay did all repairs for $840.00. They did good work in a timely manner. The dealer stated that I had to purchase a whole new passenger side mirror set. A+ used what I already had and made it look like new. The guy at the desk does not speak English well, but the guy doing my repairs was easy to communicate with.

I was really impressed. These guys are great, and they seem very honest, which is a rare thing in my experience. Their quotes are extremely reasonable. They charged literally half of what the dealer quoted for the exact same work, and they did a great job. I'll definitely be going back to them, and I've been recommending them to my friends.

I had gotten estimates from 2 other auto body shops ranging from $760 to $925 to do the repairs. In both instances, however, the work included a new bumper. There would not have been as much body work as A+ actually performed. When I took my car to A+, their first estimate was $660 and that also included a new bumper. I must have frowned or something because almost immediately Mr. Kong said he could do it for less if they kept the bumper and just took the scratch and dent out. He immediately quoted me a price of $310 and told me when I left the car with him it would take 3 full days to complete the work. He called me the third day and told me my car was ready. The job they did is magnificent and the bumper looks brand new! I will take my cars to him for any future body work!
