They offer a lot of different classes. I really liked the program I was on. Their exercises really worked with the kind of things I needed to build. They accept the Silver Sneakers program through Medicare. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. They finger print you before entering to know you have a membership. The facility is very nice. They havea nice swimming pool that offers children's swimming lessons. My granddaughter goes on Saturdays. They seem to be fairly busy, but not too busy to not be able to do what you want.

24 Hour Fitness did a really good job with that. We're very pleased with that gym. It had all the workout equipment. We have used that. They have swimming lessons for members and non-members. I really liked that gym. They do offer a range of activities and classes where we can use the machine. It's nice. For first time members, they do show them around and then they show them how to use machines. Well, I was thinking of water aerobics. I've been in there in their finishing as I watched my granddaughter when she has her class. It looks like a really good class so I would probably take that in the future. Their membership is actually almost free because if you have a health insurance company, gyms will pick that up. That's really nice. They have classes which is more of the low impact aerobics. They really do a good job with that. It seems popular. They show me different ways I could do something depending on how physically I wanted to be instructed for older people. The gym is not too far from where we live.
