Worst experience ever! With 30 years experience of buying and selling homes, epic fail! Presently have HVAC not working properly. System has already been serviced once by builder HVAC contractor, had very low Freon. Now it sounds like it’s going to fall out of the ceiling when it goes on and off. Vertical shingles above exterior door overhang, in valley. Now told pool needs to be 25’ from drain field. House plans by builder show pool to be placed in V area of backyard. Drain field is there. Builder changed aerobic system to drain field less than 24 hours prior to closing. The epic fail list is very long… Buyer beware!
