we stayed in our home during this extensive remodeling job. Ken referred us to an amazing architect for the project design. The construction work was on schedule and professional. Ken made sure the jobsite was kept clean daily. He gave us advice regarding plumbing fixtures and had patience with a few changes we made along the way. Ken has the experience and know how in construction from home building to commercial real estate. he actually built our office building several years ago.

He provides super high quality and is extremely attentive to precise detail. His buildings last because of that superior attention and quality. If you're only concerned with the dollar amount he is a bit higher than others but the price you pay results in the quality of service and product you receive. It's worth it to me.
