Comcast

I set up an appointment to have cable and internet service installed on a Saturday. Comcast did not show up. I called and told them I would only be in town until Wednesday morning (i do not live at the house). They said they could schedule another installation before that time. After about three hours on the phone with them over the next three days, they kept told me the only availability was for five days after I was scheduled to leave town. A supervisor called and said they would squeeze me in, but that I had to call another number. When I called the other number, I was told no appointments were available during the time frame that worked for me. They called me the day before I was leaving and said there was an availability that day, but I had to call another number to set up the appointment. When I called the other number, I was told there was no availability that day. I had to leave town without cable and internet, and I won't return for a couple months to try to set it up again. Comcast is incompetent, unprofessional and impossible. If there were another good option, they would be out of business.
