When I contacted Tru-Roll, the first thing I did was ask if
they came out to my area. They did. We discussed my problem and thought
is may be the springs. The woman I spoke to (sorry don't remember the
name) was very helpful and quoted me a price for the springs.
And advised me that someone would be out after 2pm the next day, and
would call before they arrived, Ron called around 4pm and said he would
be there shortly---and was!
It turned out that it was not the spring, but the cable was off, which
cost quite a bit less. Everyone at Tru-Roll was polite, professional and
I felt very honest. I would definately use them again.
