Our friendly technicians have many years of experience and are able to give estimates, help you with new products, or tell you what is needed to repair the equipment you have. Good service. He showed up bright and early, replaced the old spring and did some maintenance on our other one and was done quickly. He gave us the Angie's discount. We were very satisfied and plan to this company in the future.

The office kept in touch, relayed costs, offered options. The vinyl & seal are very snug. One door was never touching the floor. It closes fully now.

The repair person was at our home 25 minutes after the call. Was very efficient, answered all our questions. Was in and out in 20 minutes. We were very pleased.

We had not moved into our house yet and they came and repaired the storage building garage door while we were not moved in yet. The door would stick and not open all the way. The second repair was on our garage door that had a broken opener. They had to order a part for it. I gave them a B on responsiveness because they did not return a call I made to them for several days on one occasion but other than that they were great.

My double garage door broke and I was not sure what was wrong. I called
several companies listed on Angies List, but many did not come out to my
area.
When I contacted Tru-Roll, the first thing I did was ask if
they came out to my area. They did. We discussed my problem and thought
is may be the springs. The woman I spoke to (sorry don't remember the
name) was very helpful and quoted me a price for the springs.
And advised me that someone would be out after 2pm the next day, and
would call before they arrived, Ron called around 4pm and said he would
be there shortly---and was!
It turned out that it was not the spring, but the cable was off, which
cost quite a bit less. Everyone at Tru-Roll was polite, professional and
I felt very honest. I would definately use them again.
