 + -1 moreHe had to buy our house back from us, because after 4 years, there was mold everywhere - Behind the walls, in the ventilation system, and in the attic. Our house was leaky and whenever it would rain, moisture would seep in everywhere. He never repaired anything, for example, the brand new plumbing leaked. There was no engineering in the slab and there was no moisture barrier on top or underneath the house. Everything leaked - the windows, the roof, the doors! Even our laminate floor warped because there was so much moisture. When they pulled up the floor there was actually mold on the concrete below. Whenever we would call, he would just ignore it. We finally had to have him buy the house back because if we sold the house, we could be sued.
