Water Heater Service
They brought the new heater laying on its side and it was not in a box. I told them I thought it looked used, so they brought back another one. They had to crawl under my house, and removed rat poison. Twice they threw the poison in my yard where my dogs are. I had a pipe break in the water heater, and was afraid to call them back. The man was rude and the helper was unlicensed. It didn't seem safe or right. I would not use them again. I couldn't ever get in touch with the owners to let them know about my dissatisfaction.

They did not show up when promised. They did not perform the work promised. When recontacted they did not acknowledge having done the work. When they finally returned they tried to charge me again. They did not successfully perform the work the second time. When I pointed this out they again tried to charge me again. They completed the work when threatened with legal action.
