Javier was the first contractor to respond to our project request and came the next day to review the scope of work. He experience was critical in making the shower as safe as possible for my aging father. Our timing was perfect in that he had an immediate window to complete the work, and we are thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic! The outdoor patio has enabled us to host parties throughout the year. We have a large family and we are able to accommodate everyone comfortable. Many in attendance asked for Mr. Perez’s information. This is the third time we use his services and plan to continue hiring him for future products.

Mr. Perez did an excellent job at my home. He remodeled my kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. I also had him paint my exterior and interior doors. He is professional and courteous at all times. He takes pride in his work and his experience shows in his craftsmanship.

The final outcome is what we wanted, We got a lot of ideas and good advise from Mr Javier and everything looks good, we are really happy with the new kitchen however its not a 5 stars because even when timing for the general remodeling process and the quality of the work done was good, just on the final details he took a little longer for many reasons but will definitely recommend his work

Overall work and craftsmanship is appropriate for the price. There were a few things left unfinished such as outlets and switch left without covers. Two edges of wall that the old cabinets extended to we’re not covered and left unfinished . Water pipes under counter not mounted properly and rattling each time the faucets are turned on and off. It took a few days after job was done to start noticing other minor issues but overall the lower/better price compared to other bids matched the end product.

Never again will I use Angies List. 1st contractor All valley solutions ripped me off almost$20k. Decided one bad apple doesn’t spoil the bunch, so again I angies list. Hired Javier Perez kitchen and bath remodels. Preformed unauthorized work on my roof to collect additional labor plus his $35sq ft. He maliciously recklessly torn down more than half of my roof for his own personal greedy gain. He was to patch up and nothing else and leave it be. Mr perez demanded 13k on the next draw- which he asked 6days in. He aggressively said he wouldn’t take nothing less. The next day he told me “it’s going to rain and that he was going to mimis.” To let him know when to pick up money. He left all the trash piled up at my home. He didn’t they a permit. He welded my main water line shut. This man is arrogant and he does what lever he wants.

Roofing
While Mr. Perez focuses on Kitchen and Bathroom Remodels, I called him the day that hurricane Hanna took the roof off of my mother's home. My intent was to ask him to refer me to a roofer but it turns out he also works on roofs! I hired him immediately because he had replaced the bathroom for my mom the month before. He assessed the damage, replaced the roof all within 2 working days. Great quality, Superb customer service and a hero during a time of crisis!

We paid him in full because we needed to leave. He promised that when we returned to call him and he would come and finish the job. He never returned my calls or texts and of course he didn’t finish the job in my bathroom.

He replaced my shower floor with some pretty cool River Rock and installed a very modern, soft close transitional shower door that gave the bathroom a sharp look. Mr. Perez, always provides suggestions when asked. I plan to hire him for my kitchen remodel. :) Experienced and knowledgeable!

Javier hooked up the sinks water lines, the shower grab bars and towel bars ,even widened the bathroom door for me when we realized my husbands wheelchair wouldn’t fit in. He installed all the cabinet hardware. Even touched up the paint. Now the bathroom is ready for my husband. Thanks

There’s nothing more challenging than trying to care for an aging parent from far away. I live in Washington, DC and my 84 year old mom is in La Feria, Tx. My mom needed her shower replaced and made more accessible for her. Mr. Perez was SUPER responsive, flexible, understanding and professional. I was able to organize and coordinate an estimate, hire him and get the work done within a 10 days. He communicated with me on the specifics regularly and even impressed my mom who is no pushover. It’s so hard to find great service these days especially from far away. Mr. Perez earned my trust right away. I would hire him again and would be a reference anytime. I appreciate how smooth the process was and how he delivered so well.
