MR. RAMIREZ WAS PUNCTUAL AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. HIS CREW DID A GREAT JOB TRIMMING 3 TREES AND REMOVING ONE DEAD TREE. THEY MOWED AND EDGED THE YARD THAT WAS VERY OVERGROWN AND REMOVED ALL THE DEBRIS. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

I called. Erasmo came and gave estimate. His brother performed the tree services with his chain saw and hauled away all the branches. It took about 1 1/2 hours. It was very efficient and professional.

Provider was very professional and knowledgeable. I could have gotten the work done cheaper by hiring "just some guy." But I didn't want "just some guy." The workers from Aand E had the equipment they needed, and they were very careful with my roof.

They were very good and they were punctual they kept to their price and they did a lot of work. I am very happy and they cleaned up after themselves. They ground a big tree for us and they did it properly. He trimmed of the trees. He made us look really good. He was quiet and matter of fact. He was a hard worker.

Erasmo Ramirez, head of A and E, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and professional. Years ago, after being disappointed with the performance of other tree-trimming companies, I decided to call A and E (I knew they trimmed the trees of our neighbor across the street), and I was so impressed by the experience that I've used no one else for tree trimming since. After my son was born (three years ago), I was pressed for time, so I decided to use A and E to take over the maintainance of our lawn as well as our trees--and I was glad that bi-weekly was an option. Long lawn-based talks with Erasmo also led to me using A and E whenever something goes wrong with our irrigation system, too. He knows who I am whenever I call, he follows up a.s.a.p. (usually within a day), and the workmanship is excellent. ... Here's a side note: a few days ago, when A and E were cutting my lawn, a stone was flung from a weed-whacker into one of our french doors, spider-webbing the entirety of the shatter-proof glass. An unfortunate accident. Erasmo, however, took care of it, and the glass was replaced the next day. Normally I'd fear weeks of empty promises and ensuing headaches; instead, 24 hours later, it was as if nothing bad had ever happened. A and E is a fair, dependable, responsible, and skilled company.

He knows his stuff and I will use him again in the future.
