Excellent. They worked on two houses for me and cleaned carpets in both. One w/white carpet had a lot of average stains and it really cleaned up nicely. At both locations there was no gross soap residue; no gross (wet scum) smell; and I didn't even need to crack the windows and both locations dried nicely overnight and completely w/no wet mildewy smell. Only problem was one tiny, tiny weird green stain that was left on the white carpet. I don't think anyone else's work would have removed that stain either.

I do plan on using them again. I liked them. I like their products because they don't use harsh chemicals. They do an excellent job and I do plan on using them. It was a special and they cleaned so many square feet of your tile and I had tile in my kitchen and bathroom, so they did that for free. It dries quickly too. They did everything that they said it would be. On efficiency, they got in here, did their job and they were out. They didn't waste time, but they did a good job. It may have been completed in less than an hour. They did an excellent job.
