Window Treatment Service
I had a Levolor Blind that would not open and close. I wanted to send it to Levolor for a replacement, but I could not get it down. Since the blinds were purchased at Sears, I called them. They no long sell Levolor products, but they gave me the name of Tom Gideon who installs window blinds. I called Tom on the phone and he came out and removed the blind for me. He recommended that I take the blind to ABC Blind and Drapes to have it repaired rather than hassle with shipping. He said that when I got it back, he would reinstall it for me if I couldn't get it up myself. He said that his service call fee was $75, but when he came and very quickly popped the blind out of it's brackets, he only charged me $20. I was very happy with his service. He was personable and worked very quickly.
