Our family recently returned from Europe. The trip was a complicated one, but Tina saved us from a huge amount of organizing and preparation. Everything about the trip worked out perfectly, and her choices of hotels, tour guides, and restaurants was truly excellent. She truly cares about her customer and in making sure they have an enjoyable and flawless trip.

Tina is AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable, flexible and helpful. My daughter was accepted to vet schools in Scotland, Ireland and England. We had never been to the UK. She navigated our trip to visit all of the schools. My daughter is now in Scotland. I have been back multiple times and Tina has planned every trip for us. My daughter and I took a side trip to France during her spring break last year which Tina planned for us. (She even got us perfect weather!) She planned us a trip to Greece for this year's spring break (which obviously got canceled). The airline didn't want to give me a refund and Tina stayed on them for weeks until they finally refunded me. She is a wealth of information and blessing. I can't recommend her enough.

We contacted Tina to book a European river cruise for us. She was very helpful and responsive, especially when we were having to make the choice of rescheduling our trip due to low water levels in the rivers. We were so glad that we used Tina because she kept us informed and guided us through the process. I don't know what we would have done if we had booked the trip ourselves. Highly recommend!

We already gave her our credit card and paid for our airfare to Israel for 3 of us ..The next day she called and said one of her brokers came through and she saved us $2000 per ticket .This was a total of $6000. She could have kept the money I would have never known the flights were the same .That kind of service has earned my loyalty .She is doing a great job coordinating our cruise for this coming February. Tina did an EXCELLENT job of getting us where we needed to be while putting us close the buses/trains we needed. She arranged it so we could spend the most time in London. The trip was amazing. She strongly encouraged me to get the travel insurance which more than paid for itself when our flight was canceled giving a us a full extra day in London! (AIG travel insurance paid for our lost flight/inconvenience without any hassle at all.) My daughter chose the University of Edinburgh so I will be using Tina a lot in the next four years.

It was actually pretty good. She helped us book a trip at the end of the year and so far everything is pretty smooth. She picks the location for us and we visit a few options. She gives us flexibility on the arrangements for the vacation. Definitely a good company. The price is reasonable. It is what it is, the cost of a vacation. It was great. They were able to reply with answers to our questions regarding the trip. She was able to respond pretty quickly.

I cannot say enough good things about Tina's Travel. We have exclusively gone to her for the past 16 years. We use her for both international and domestic travel. She provides personal service every time. An example: we booked a trip in Mexico with my parents. On arrival to the resort, they (the resort) had our rooms incorrect! We called Tina and she stated.. go get a drink, I'll take care of it... less than 30 minutes later, problem was solved AND the hotel upgraded a room. She makes your travel hassle free. If you are unsure of where you want to go, she knows her properties. 100% recommend
