Joseph provided excellent and professional service. He was very accommodating when I called the morning of my appointment and needed to change the time. While he was inspecting, his partner took photos of my chimney vent on the roof to ensure there were no defects. Joseph was very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had about my fireplace for no cost. He also noticed that the key to turn my gas on was not the right size and gave me a new key so I could operate the gas line. He was trustworthy and did not try to sell me anything. I will be calling Joseph for any future fireplace or air duct needs.

We purchased an air duct cleaning service for $275.  On inspection, the air ducts had a lot of black mold-looking substance throughout.  Also, the air ducts turned out to be cut through the insulation instead of being defined metallic or plastic air ducts so they weren't able to apply the service high pressure cleaning initially described.  We purchased additional organic compound treatments for mold killing and mold prevention.  Then a second visit was scheduled 4 days later to clean the air ducts after the mold treatment. Since their inspection led to additional service beyond what we purchased they provide a detailed quote, with options, and without any pressure for the additional service.  They were very professional the inspection, work estimate, and work completion.  I would use them again.

Three people came and it took about twenty minutes.  They left area just like it was.  I would tell friends and family to expect more than one person.  They were conversational and did a great job. I was overall pleased with the work.  I thought the first time they came there was one guy and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was working good.

Contractor showed up to rental property and performed service as asked. They also followed up when I voiced concerns and did all they could  to address them and make the customer happy.

I was contacted the next day to set an appointment. The owners arrived on time and were very courteous, clean and professional. They showed before and after pictures of my ducts, pointed out other areas of concern but did not do any high pressures sales on me to upgrade my service. They did forget to reinstall two register grills but I contacted them and told them I could easily install them (they would have been happy to return and install but I was happy with the service and didn't want them to waste the time or gas) I am recommending them to very "picky" friends of mine as I am confident they are honest and will do a good job. I liked the fact that they are HVAC licensed .

We are not the original owners of our home, and have completed some remodeling. We were pretty sure that we needed to have our air ducts cleaned. When I called to set the service appointment, the employee explained to me that there are 2 methods to clean air ducts - contact method and negative air pressure method. They suggested the negative air pressure method because we were not sure if the ducts had ever been cleaned. They said that this is the better method, which is also more expensive. But, that after completing this method, if we keep up a cleaning maintenance schedule - every 3 to 5 years, the contact method will be fine in the future. The price for negative air pressure vs contact was $275 vs $150. In addition, you pay per air conditioning unit. We have 3 units, so it was $275 x 3. The price does include all of the vents being cleaned at no additional charge. They told me all of this on the phone before I had set the appointment. I agreed to have them come out. They have good ratings on Angie's List and BBB. While here, they discovered visible mold in the ducts and on some of the vents. They showed everything to me, and explained thoroughly. They told me that the only way to get rid of the mold would be to disinfect the ducts and treat for mold. Again, the price would be for each unit. So, the total came out to $5,200. They provided a 2 year warranty as well. Having never had ducts cleaned before, the price seems very high. Hopefully, we made the right decision!

They quickly removed it.  They used a special rotary brush to clean the whole vent.  I really enjoyed their work.

called Joseph with Texas Air Duct Cleaning after I was rescheduled 3 times by a different company.   I had not been able to use my dryer for a week.  Joseph and his crew came out that day!  It was very difficult to find the dryer vent in the attic, as it had been originally placed between the 1st story ceiling and the 2nd story floor.  It was also disconnected in 3 places.  In addition, it was completely blocked or with lint!  We were a fire waiting to happen.  Joesph did an amazing job fixing the problem.  He and his crew were extremely polite and professional.  His services were also $60 less than the company I originally tried to use. I definitely would highly recommend Texas Air Duct Cleaning to anyone needing this service, and I plan to use them every year for maintenance.
