They are good and they did a very good job.

Some furniture was not put back in place and the carpet protectors under furniture was not placed under a number of pieces.

They did a fine job for me. I really don’t have any complaints with this company at all. The crew was on time to the job and very courteous as well. I would use this company again in the future.

Everything turned out ok with this company. The experience was rather mediocre. There prices were reasonable but I didn’t feel like I got the quality of work I deserved. It seemed like the crew was rushing to get the door a little bit. I will probably try someone else next time I get my carpets cleaned.  

They are quick as far as scheduling is concerned. If I call them up today, they would probably come out tomorrow. I don?t have to wait for a week. They are located throughout the city. You can call a local number and they will send out the crew. They have really good prices. They moved from my neighborhood. They do a good job. I will use them again in the future.

The Steamer's workman arrived on time. Did a fantastic, careful steam cleaning of a very soiled sofa and then steam cleaned the carpets. Stains that had not previously been removed from other carpet cleaners came out. The carpet I have had for 10 years with numerous dog stains is now without stains. Needless to say, I was very pleased and satisfied with the quality of work for the price--$69 for the sofa; $99 for the carpet plus tax.

I thought the guys were really knowledgeable. They were here on time. They did what they needed to do. I was generally quite pleased with what they did. They were excellent. The price was good.

Very professional and courteous on both the phone and in person. Technicians were very careful to protect the tile and wood floor upon entering and exiting the home to clean the carpeting in the master. I would highly recommend them, I used the 15% off Angie's coupon and plan on using them for tile cleaning in the future.

Excellent job, the carpets look really good. The workmen were pleasant, helped move furniture, and threw in the powder room for free. I was very pleased with the experience.

They were very prompt. They gave a bid and stuck to it. They helped move the furniture so we could get the rugs out. They did a great job. It was a fair price for the work they did. They were out here the next day to do the work.

Every was fine they just showed up about 30 minutes late. The service was fine and the people were great.

The office lady was so helpful and answered all my questions. The crew was awesome. They did a wonderful job. They were knowledgeable and professional. My carpets never looked better.

They were scheduled to arrive at 2:00 PM. I got a call about 11:15 asking if they could come right then and was told that if not, it wouldn't be until after 3:30. I wasn't thrilled but told them to come on out. The primary goal of the two guys who came out seemed to be to accomplish the tasks as quickly as possible with thoroughness and care being secondary. The quality of the carpet cleaning was fine but a couple of spots were missed in the tile/ grout cleaning.

Steamers Carpet Care did a fine job on my very heavily stained master bedroom floor. I like that if the stains came back, they will come out and pre-treat the stains and do a touch up cleaning. I am a happy customer and have used them for years.

I actually got a coupon from Angie s list for this company. There prices were actually cheap without the coupon but to me every penny counts. They got all the stains out of my carpets and they smelled very fresh when they were done.

TERRIBLE!!! They offered coupons & did NOT honor them! They TORE UP the carpet & DELAYED their INCOMPLETE repairs to THEIR MISTAKES! Office never got back to us about complaints!

They would normally charge me about half of the fee, but I had them do the entire house. I had several pet stains too, and they did a really good job taking care of those. They even moved the furniture and straightened things out really nicely too. I'd have to say their work was great.

Steamers came out and cleaned the carpets in two rooms and a hallway in our home. We called them because we got a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try. They did a great job. The carpet looks much better than it did, and they got out most all of the stains, even in the hallway. We will definitely be using them again.

They got rid of all stains and did an excellent job. The workers were professional, courteous, and efficient. The entire cleaning process only took about two hours. However, the carpet took eight hours to dry completely, which I thought was a little long. Overall I would rate them an A because they got right to the job without wasting time and I really trusted them in my home. The carpet was cleaned because I'm selling my home soon.

Prestige did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in our home. They look so much better now, we can't believe how well the came clean. We will definitely be hiring this company again.

My overall experience with the company was good. Most recently I had trouble getting them to arrive in a timely manner. They showed up 6 hours late and I had to call them instead of them calling me to tell me, but overall they were good. They did not get rid of all the stains. They did a relatively good job of cleaning high traffic areas. The carpet cleaning took 4 hours to dry.

Steamers cleaned the carpets in three rooms of our 1500 square foot home. They did a good job on all of the rooms. Some of the deep stains came back, but that is to be expected. The carpet looks much better, and we are very happy.
