We did use them and they did do a good job. This is actually on me. We did have them deodorize and do stuff that was supposed to prolong it, but I later discovered that for the most part that was just a waste of money. You know, all they do is grab a spray bottle of some sort and spray over the carpet and they call that some kind of treatment. They tell you that it is $99 for the first three rooms, but I guess it is like anything else, they nickel and dime you to death asking if I want to add protectant. Then once you do the remaining rooms in the house it adds up. It turns out being more than I had wanted to pay, but at the same time it was something we hadn't done since we moved into the house so it needed to get done anyway. So if you look at the cost since the entire time we've been here, it was cheap. They were okay. We asked them to do things, they did them and didn't question it. They were very friendly. The carpet looks brand new, but the carpet is over a decade old so I can't really complain.
