More than disappointed !
After he was paid he became very cocky and Rude!
After some terrible experiences with other contractors who made huge mistakes, did not return calls or did not show up, Charles was wonderful to work with. He answered the phone, made an appointment, kept it and his workers were punctual, tidy and completely professional. Previous homeowners had put mortar and tile directly on the plywood subfloor. Charles's guys scraped off the mess, leveled the floor, installed the hardword and beautiful transiton pieces leading to the living room and hallway. All at a reasonable cost.
Could not be more pleased and will definitely call again in the future.
