I should have backed away when he kept having trouble showing up for the work and rescheduling. Screen / storm door with pet access installed and full door with it. Screen door wasn't catching in the latches or top corner. He slowly bent the door to where the top met. He said they are cheap from manufacturer and you have to bend them. Afterwards I went to clean class on door, could not raise glass all the way because frame is too bent. I have called and sent text messages OVER 18 TIMES with NO ANSWER!! His business card shows Better Business Bureau, their website says never a member!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!

He gave me an estimate for my front door and my back french doors replaced.He was on time and the bill came out to the penny.He really took time to make sure the doors opened and closed properly.He left no mess afterwards.Actually, he cleaned up several times as he worked.The trim looks great and I could not be more happy!!!Next month I want to get my windows replaced and I will be calling him to perform the work!!!

The job went well. They put the windows in, the air doesn?t come through, and they don?t leak. They cleaned up pretty well, they were pleasant and fast, and they did what they were supposed to do. The price at Lowe?s was comparable to everyone else.

He installed one of the windows upstairs and the other one downstairs. The one upstairs has caulk all on the corners of the glass that he didn t wipe off and it is too high for me to get up there and do it myself. So overall I think the job was alright, but not great. The downstairs window is fine. Besides that everything else was good, he was on time.
