I am a realtor and not a property manager so I used Jim Smith, the owner of this company to do this job. He charges a percentage of the rental property and he made the connection with my client who was very satisfied. He seemed very responsive and did exactly what he was supposed to do when and where he was supposed to do it. It was easy to make appointments with him and he was readily available.
