Description of Work: I contacted them about the possibility of short time unoccupied property management. They said they are not doing short time management. Took them a few days and a couple of voice messages to get back to me. Other than that they sounded legit.

 + -1 moreI am a realtor and not a property manager so I used Jim Smith, the owner of this company to do this job. He charges a percentage of the rental property and he made the connection with my client who was very satisfied. He seemed very responsive and did exactly what he was supposed to do when and where he was supposed to do it. It was easy to make appointments with him and he was readily available.
Description of Work: I used PS Property Management Company to manage the property of a real estate customer of mine until it sold.
