From the beginning, David was late or a no show. His professionalismBor lack thereof is a model of what not to do if you own your own business. He woould not take or return calls or texts, he would not be on time (if he showed at all), and he had a thousand excuses why the job was not done correctly. Surface discoloration, ripples in the finish, etc. remain to be corrected, and i have no idea if or when he plans to return. David and his crew attempted to do the job, but every attempt caused new problems. Not only did i come to question his competence, i learned to question David's integrity. He lied to my general contractor several times, claiming to be at the job site -- where i was standing and he was nowhere to be seen. He promised repeatedly to show up at certain times, but did not. My general contractor begged and offered extra money and additional supplies and labor to help David complete this job, but to no avail. No communication from David. The job remains unfinished. We now are trying to find another subcontractor to complete this job because it appears David has abandoned this job. Final payment for service is pending because David has not told us the cost to date.

They were very good. The guy was very responsive and communicated well to let me know what his status was. He got the job done in the time and the price that he quoted me on.
