Horrible! They were great when we met with them for an estimate. They took their time going over the work and told us they would be done with the rough-in in 3-5 days. After working well for 3 days, they stopped showing up, lied about rescheduling us several times, delayed us in completing the plumbing rough-in and top-out for 3 weeks. When we would call to find out what was going on and why they were not being punctual they were rude and ugly to us. They then did a sloppy job throwing everything together and demanded their payment. When we wouldn't pay b/c the job was not done properly and not completed they threatened to put a lien on our house. Now we have a new plumber and he is having to go back and correct the errors of PDQ Plumbing on top of finishing what we really hired him to complete, the finish-out. PDQ has caused us to loose tons of time and money.
