I submitted an offer on a property they had listed and after a month of being led on and lied to, found out that they had never submitted my offer to the owner!
VERY unprofessional. Both listing agent and his son jumped on me verbally denying they'd done anything wrong even though I had proof via email otherwise. Stay away from this office!!
