Cabinet Making
Very bad. They did not match the thickness of the previous countertops, so there is a gap between the new countertop and the backsplash. They said I agreed to the thickness listed on the invoice, and so I have to fix it and get a new backsplash. I had trusted that they measured correctly and were selling me the thickness I needed. For me, this is bad business. Maybe other customers don't mind, but I would have liked to know ahead of time that they could not match the thickness.
