Ken Baethge saved the day for us after our original contractor only did a small amount of the work and took most of our money, never to return. We are thankful and blessed to have found Ken and for the kindness he showed our family. He did an incredible job and our hot tub is even better than it ever would have been before. He is reliable, trustworthy, fair on pricing, and does a great job. Thank you, Ken! ?

The job went great as soon as IES Pools took over. We had an awful experience with another contractor in which we had to let go and then we reached out to Ken at IES Pools and everything turned around. They were on sight, hard working and very knowledgeable. They were able to finish the job in 3 weeks. If we had questions they answered them. They always kept us in the loop and informed us of what it is going on and their plans. I would definitely recommend IES Pools and Ken to people who ask.
