My biggest mistake was pointing areas where not caulked or painted to employees. Asked the project manager if we needed to put off the project til after the heatwave. Project manager said it was not a problem. I was not in a rush to have the work done. Since the work has been completed. Odd things have occurred around the property. Next time I get the house painted. * I will not point out mistakes or anything not completed. *I will have the person giving you estimate to take a photos on each area needs to be fixed. I would have more detailed estimate. *I will take a vacation day to watch the work. *I will not get house painted in Summer.
