We called Fur Sure Roofing for an emergency roof repair right before the huge thunderstorm that just passed through. Tyler was awesome from the very first phone call. He worked to get us in right away and never missed a beat from that point forward. Diagnosed and resolved the problem a lot faster than I ever expected and truly went above and beyond with his attention to detail. All while being incredibly pleasant, polite, and easy to talk to. We just got back from a vacation and the customer service was so, so horrible. Unforgettably so. Tyler's thoughtful, genuine approach was a breath of fresh air. Great customer service! We called for a small job (replacing some shingles) and Fur Sure was able to send someone out late afternoon the next day. He arrived when he said he would and got the done job right away. He was very professional and the price was very reasonable. We’re very grateful he also hammered down the flashing he noticed that was starting to come up while he was up there.
