We are family owned and operated, and we treat each and every customer like they were family & friends. We (Do Not) believe in leaving any of our customers hot unless the parts or equipment are not available for the existing system. We stay in touch with our customers. $70 service fee/$95 - $105 emergency after hour fee. Cost is determined by the job.

Wednesday night my AC unit failed and would not cool. After walking outside I noticed that the outside unit was not on but making a noise. I contacted Freeze Technology and Nathan was able to come out on Thursday morning. He asked me about the problem and what was going on. After letting him know he examined my system and immediately determined the issue. A part needed to be replaced on the unit and he was able to change it out. After the repair the AC was back on and cooling in no time. I would definitely recommend and use Freeze Technology again in the future if needed.
