Description of Work: In August 2011,my A/C stopped working in over 100 degree weather. At 76 years old with health issues, I needed it replaced as quickly as possible to avoid a medical emergency. Nathan responded to my call to a homeowner's warranty service with a service call that afternoon. Early the next morning, he ordered a new A/C with the condition that it be delivered that day. He and his associate returned late that afternoon with the new unit and stayed until midnight getting both the condenser in the attic and the compressor outside replaced. At that late hour, Nathan drove over 60 miles to take his associate home and then drive home himself. On July 12, 2012, I again called this company, this time directly (having dropped the warranty service), to request a service call to my tenant's home when their A/C stopped cooling. Nathan came out the next day and diagnosed the problem, performed a temporary fix, then replaced the compressor the following afternoon.
