Emelio was professional through the entire experience. He called me before he came to the house giving me an estimate of when he would arrive. He listened to me describe what was wrong, then he shared his game plan for fixing it with me. My toilet was stopped up; when the water went down the drain in the bathtub, the toilet would bubble; and then the shower had sewage coming up the drain - gross. He said all 3 were related and he'd need to remove the toilet to get directly to the drain and so the toilet wouldn't break. He brought in his huge auger machine - after seeing it, it was pretty clear why the toilet needed to get removed. He explained to me what he was doing because I was curious about it. He did an excellent job and got the clog cleared completely out of the drain so everything was flowing properly again. He was careful to keep the area clean and didn't track anything through my house. It was a lot of work to do everything he did - and it's not something I could have done myself. He reinstalled the toilet and caulked it - a much better job than the builder did. He also discovered that one of the clean out valves - the one closer to the street - was broken. He suggested to call the city, etc. to get them to fix it since it's likely their responsibility (I'm making some calls on that now). I was very happy with the whole experience and I highly recommend Emelio and will hire him again when I'm ready to put in a new water softener.

On Friday February 19 my neighbor called me to
let me know my water had been turned off because there was a yard water
leak. I called Ez Flow and made an appointment for Sat from 9 to 10
am. I received a call before 9am and Emilio Hidrogo and Sergio were
here soon after that. They gave me an estimate and proceeded to fix the
leak. Right as they were finishing the owner Bill Ward showed up.
I was very satisfied with the work done and would recommend them for any plumbing work.

It went really well. The young man that came out was very nice, and got right to work after preparing an estimate and picking up the needed parts. He came when he said he would, he was very polite, and easy to work with. Everything works fine, and we were very pleased with the service. There's nothing I can find to complain about!

I called EZ Flow Plumbing early Sunday morning after discovering a leaky water heater.  In talking with Emilio, who answered the phone promptly, he was very pleasant and helpful on the phone.  He had me do some basic descriptions on what I was seeing, where it was leaking, and other details.  He gave me a quote on the phone and said he could be here within 2 hours.  On a Sunday!
He called about 15 minutes later saying he could make it earlier!
He came and was very courteous and professional.  After the initial troubleshooting, he verified that there was a corroded pipe and he would need to replace it.  The price would be exactly what he quoted.
After pulling the old pipe, he also noticed the overflow tank was bad.  He gave me the option of paying an additional $140 to replace it, or that I could go to Home Depot and buy/install one for about $40.  After saying that I could do the Home Depot option, he put the new pipe in, capped it off to prevent any leaking, and explained the process for putting in the new one -- all very straightforward and not difficult.
I just finished installing the overflow tank myself, which took about an hour since I was being very slow and methodical.
In all, I am very pleased with Emilio and EZ Flow Plumbing, would highly recommend the company to anyone else looking for this type of work.

Emilio Rodrigo and Sergio were very prompt to the appointment (and even called and asked if it was okay to come early). They listed patiently to my problem and what a different plumber had already started trying to do and laid out all my options for me and explained everything every step of the way. There was some trial and error in determining exactly where the manifold was that led to the problem leak, but they asked me each time if I had a preference as to which area they tested next. Once identified they cut and capped the line and quickly rerouted it to restore all service. They did all of this work for $1700, which was THOUSANDS less than my first plumber (a contractor through my home warranty) had quoted me to do the same work.
Overall they were supremely friendly, relatable, and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a high quality plumber who will get the job done quickly, cleanly, and for a reasonable price.

The plumber (Bill) arrived within ten minutes of our appointment scheduled time. His work was performed thouroughly, professionally, and at a reasonable price.

I will definately use EZ Flow again and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I called Friday and Mr. Ward apologized that he couldn't do it that day which was fine becasue this wasn't an emergency. He picked up the commode on Monday and installed it that afternoon. Job went well and there were no problems.

Around noon, I noticed water welling up in my front yard near the foundation of the house. My assumption was that one of the underground water lines had ruptured. When I closed the main water valve, my suspicions were confirmed. I couldn't tell if it was under the foundation or not. The house is aproximately 18 years old and entering a period when some components are failing or otherwise needing preventative maintenance. The first company I called said they couldn't investigate until the next day but recommended someone else that they had worked with in the past. In spite of the fact that their recommendation was a relatively new, small company, I gave them a call. By now it's about 1415 hrs and I was concerned that we'd be without water that night. I phoned Bill and gave him my observations and he agreed to meet me and provide an estimate between 1500-1600hrs. Meanwhile, I started digging, thinking that I could help speed the process. This allowed me to confirm that the leak was occuring at the pipe joint in the yard and not within the foundation. He arrived as promised and was easily able to diagnose the problem and we negotiated a price (he gave me a discount for having dug the hole). The work took about 1.5-2 hours to complete (right on his estimate). I found Bill to be very personable and he explained what failed, why, and what needed to be done to fix it. He upgraded the the replacement fitting to make the system more robust at no additional cost. I intend to call be the next time we have a plumbing issue.
