I spoke with 3 different companies. Epic was the only one that took the time to explain to me, in lay man's terms, what the problem was, as well as possible solutions. They found a way for me to save some money and also "bought" my old outdoor unit (since it was replaced in the last 5 years) for a couple hundred dollars, bringing my total down some. Not to mention, they were the lowest price out of the 3 quotes I got.
