Decked Out & Fenced In Construction

The person had a very pleasant personality and had many great ideas for design. His work was not professional in quality. When asked to redo some things, he agreed, but did not really finish the work professionally and/or to our satisfaction. Anything that had to be mitered, was very poorly as was the nailing. The rail placement was not symmetrical or even. Where the railings had to be placed into the cement on the bricks on the house, a hole was left and not "finished off" well. The frames around the large posts where they met the ceiling are very poorly constructed.

The contractor came out within a few days after the initial call. He gave me a quote the same day. Work started as scheduled. I love my new backyard deck!!!! He was easy to deal with and when I made changes, he was very easy to talk to and did not charge me an arm and a leg.
