This small family business was great - even picked up on a Sunday, and made a second trip to show me an alternate color sample that might be better (and less expensive). I expected to wait a few weeks at the very least and the turn-around time was astonishing. I had my whole patio back with a week. It looks terrific and will last a long time. Really nice people, hands-on, honest - great work ethic. Don't go anywhere else!

Description of Work: Removed original coating, sandblasted and powder coated three sections of outdoor Balcony railing - ~20 feet total length and a wrought iron doormat. Professional work, excellent finish. They noticed that I failed to remove rubber pads, which they removed and offered to put them back on. They provided materials and padding to insure the finish was not damaged while being transported on my trailer.

Before choosing Crosslink to powder coat our railings, I visited their site, and they took me on a short tour of their facilities. The various stages of their operation and the finished pieces they showed me were very impressive. The railings we were having coated were along a stairway and upstairs hallway, so we wanted to minimize the time we were without them. Crosslink picked them up on a Monday morning and returned them promptly the following Friday afternoon as promised. The original surfaces of the railings were in horrible condition, but after Crosslink did their magic, they now look and feel beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased.
Description of Work: Removed multiple coats of paint from wrought iron railings, primed them, and applied black powder coating.
