Mortgage Companies
They present a great story line and have an excellent publication. Unfortunately they are more interested in "getting the sale and having you sign a contract" than helping their clients get results. Follow up and communications were disappointing unless it is time for the monthly payment. They are very quick to communicate when scheduled payments are due. I hesitated to provide this negative information as I am a business owner myself. However, I felt it important that potential advertisers with Community Impact ensure they have written commitments regarding your expectations and their deliverables. Not just a unilateral contract protecting their interest. Don't take anything for granted and read all e-mails thoroughly.
