CITY LIGHTS HOME & OFFICE CLEANING

Aaron arrived on time, was very polite. We walked through my apartment and he took notes on what I wanted and told me he would email me an estimate. I explained to him that, again, I wanted a company that took care of payroll, etc. because I am a law enforcement officer and cannot be complicit in helping someone work without paying taxes (those cleaning people who take cash only), etc. He assured me that they take care of that and that they were bonded and insured.
A week or two later, I had not heard anything, so I called and spoke with Aaron who sounded very annoyed, like I was bothering him. He said he thought he had sent it, I told him I hadn't received any email and could he just give me the estimate over the phone. Again, it sounded like I was putting him out. He responded very rudely and quot;I'm in the middle of something right nowand quot; and told me he would get back to me. It has been over a month and I never heard back from him or the company. They have my email and work phone number, direct line and I may have given them my cell and/or home numbers.
After the appointment with Aaron, I was excited, thinking I had found a company I could trust and that I could stop cleaning my house since I don't have the time. I feel like they wasted my time.

My experience with them was very good. When they first came they did kind of a deep cleaning which was good and after that I just have a regular cleaning and they are still fine.

They've done a great job with homes that are disastrous, I often deal with hoarders and they did a great job with that. It is not normal house cleaning. They've been very responsive when we needed them either residentially or commercially. I have no complaints. They do come out and give estimates and tell you what they are willing to do. I'm looking at them now for another job.

They were so thorough I didn't know where to sit down. They were in every room. They even offered to clean my rug for a great price.

The work was pretty good. The staff was nice and went about their work without much said. I was very pleased with the fact that they did all accessible windows inside and out. I wished that more care could have been paid to detailing the wood floors. They were just vacuumed and gone over with a damp mop. No attention was paid to spills or any area that obviously needed any additional attention. We had to remake the beds because the sheets weren't put on correctly. I was pleased overall, but more attention to detail would have earned City Lights a higher rating.

I LOVED THEIR SERVICE. I HIRED THEM WHEN MY HIP WAS BROKEN and THEY DID EVERYTHING FOR ME. THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME. THEY WERE GREAT. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB and I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
