Prompt and professional attention to service request. Installation was first rate. System performs as advertised, saw an immediate improvement in water quality (Our local water system has very hard water causing mineral deposits on plumbing as well as clothing, dishes etc. this system has corrected this for our domestic, in house water use). Opted for an additional carbon filter to remove dissolved chlorine and an auto regeneration feature that regenerates the softener based on gallons of water used rather than a set number of days (avoids unnecessary system regeneration cycles). The company also offers home delivery of softener salt at an equivalent to supermarket price.

Provider was very professional about education of options for water conditioning systems.   System was installed promptly.  Great customer service.

I called three companies to get quotes. He was not only the most economical but he was the most customer oriented. He gave alternative options and worked with my budget. He was quick, efficient, and we had no problems with the work. 

The work was done in a timely manner. Time was taken to answer questions and explain the usage of the system. Could not tell he had done the installation as cleaned site completely.

They came and removed the old softener.  The first resin tank they installed had a tiny leak, so they came back out and installed a new one while I was not home.  Just left access to the garage while I was away.

They just put in the water softner a couple days ago.  We are very happy with it.  They were in our home for a couple hours.

Gary was very friendly, professional and responsive.  He helped me choose the system that fit my family's needs and budget.  I felt the cost was fair and he was not pushy about other services they provide.  The install was done right with a quick turnaround.  I would recommend him to any one.

I called to request a quote for a water softening system  since our
extremely hard water has been damaging our appliances and faucet
fixtures.  I also wanted to evaluate whole house carbon filter options
instead of the Brita pitchers we were using. 
I got an appointment with Greg to come to our house within a couple days of
calling the office.  He was punctual and a very friendly, down to earth
guy.  He first tested the hardness of my home's water (14 gpg -
"extremely hard"), then he checked out how our water line connected to
the garage and determined that we would need to add some minor piping
into our garage along with the installation of a softening unit.  I
asked him to price the Puritan digital water softening system with
upstream carbon filtration.  His estimate including labor for this
top-end unit was $3800.  I had done a bit of shopping around beforehand
and felt that this was in line with pricing for comparable products.  I
also liked Greg - he was not pushy like a car salesman, and he patiently
answered my questions.
My husband and I decided to proceed with the installation and scheduled it for the following week.  Greg arrived
promptly at the scheduled time and began setting up.  He introduced me
to his subcontractors when they arrived and they got right to work. 
They let me know before and after they had to shut off the water line to
do the tie-in work, which was helpful since I was doing housework
inside.  Within 3 hours the installation was finished - more than an
hour quicker than I had expected.
I was trained on how to use the unit, which was simple: adding salt pellets every few months to the
hopper.  The unit automatically regenerates its resin bed, and Choice
Water will call me every 18 months to set up a carbon filter
replacement.  I am very pleased to report that our water is now soft and
tastes great right from the tap!

I called Choice Water mid morning to repair a leak in my water softener.  The customer service expert, Amanda, was very courteous and helpful in gathering all the information upfront so we were pretty sure what needed to be done.  She explained the fees and they had a technician out to my house within 2 hours of the phone call.  Very prompt.  The technician fixed the problem, and then found one more small issue - which he repaired - within an hour.  Excellent price and he was willing to stay around and explain what routine maintenance I should perform and what should happen from here.  They guarantee their work - he said just call if anything doesn't go according to what he outlined.  Compared to the prior company I had come out, they were light years above in terms of quality, accuracy and professionalism.

They showed up on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They were also willing to work with my on scheduling since I was in the process of buying/selling, which worked out VERY well. I used a different water softener company for my previous house, and though I considered them again for this job, I am thankful that I went with Choice Water Conditioning. Everyone I worked with and talked to was so friendly and professional!

The company was polite, answered when I called and followed up the day before the appointment. The service tech was great, changed the resin in my old water softener and the distribution tube, tuned it up and flushed the line. Works great again. This has to be done about every 5-7 years with our hard water, so I shopped for price. I got quality and a great price. I will use them again.

Contacted about water softner for new home. Representative came out an performed test on water, compared to water ran through sample softner. Tested several places in house. Went through offerings, negotiated price for what we wanted. Next day installer appeared on time and did a great job with the installation, added a faucet which was not part of the original deal.

These folks did an excellent job.  They tested the water in their lab to verify the hardness of the water and proposed a two tank system to meet our needs.  They also proposed a Reverse Osmosis unit with a pump htat maintains a contant water pressure, which we really like.  We have had the units for 7 months and have had no problems and have yet to replace a filter.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  The overall experience was excellent.  Greg, the owner,  was very professional.  He answered all of the questions I had for him over a period of almost three months before we decided to go with him.  We gathered info and estimates from a few other companies during that time.  Greg stayed in touch but didn't put any "hard sell" pressure on us.  His prices were very competitive and he put me in touch with some of his customers in the local neighborhood so I could get their opinions about his services beforehand which was very helpful.
  I guess the only thing less than positive I could say would be about the install process.  Where as Greg answered any questions and gave advice on what set up he thought we would be most satisfied with, the installer came out and started installing the tanks and associated plumbing without asking me how I wanted to have everything oriented.  This affects how much usable space you have in your garage.  After a few discussions with the installer and ultimately Greg we worked out the best solution for our needs.
  Have had zero problems with the system and would definitely recommend them.
