They are just genuine nice people. They seem know what they're talking about. My dogs, although they don't really like going to the vet, they walk out alive.

My dog's still breathing. They're really friendly too. We've been going to them for a couple of years so I guess my parents trust them with the other dogs. I don't think their prices are extraordinary high but I think it could be lower. I never have any wait. I actually am taking them again in another month.

With as many things as I had done, I felt blessed with the lower cost. They're always ahead, they're quick. I would use them again, I have to get my dog another vaccination.

The staff is friendly and competent.  Although you don't walk right in to an exam room, the wait is very minimal.  I also like that I can create an appointment through the email notification instead of having to call the location directly.  The techs and the vet treat my dog wonderfully and I would recommend them to anyone searching for a new vet.

I have been taking my dog here for 4-5 years. I have also used the kennel and they are also my vets. I use them exclusively. I'll be back in 5 weeks for another grooming!

They are excellent. I have two kitties and I have used them for ten years. I trust them and they have taken care of all my pets that I have had prior to my two kitties. I go to them because of their personal attention, the care that they give to the pets, the compassion that they have and the understanding that they have. They research different solutions, diagnoses and what they prescribe for the animals very well. I do not have a clue how much a normal visit there costs because we do not ever go there for a normal visit. We go there for a normal visit but there is always something wrong. Their prices are reasonable. We are getting ready to go there again.

I had a bad experience with this clinic. Primarily with one doctor, Dr. Julien.  I moved to town and did online research to find a new vet. Angie's List had good reviews for this clinic so I tried it. My cat has lots of medical history and at 12 years old started having trouble breathing. I took her in and Dr. Julien thought she had asthma. We put her on an inhaler and it didn't help. I called and he added a new med, and that didn't help. He suggested we prolong her oral steriods. Still things were not improving, in fact they were worse. I was calling every other day or so to find out what I should do and we had a trip to the emergency vet to keep her on oxygen too. I felt like Dr. Julien basically gave up. He said I should see a specialist. That was on a Friday. I made an appointment with the specialist for Monday. Over the weekend things got worse so we  went to the ER. The doctor there was awesome and said well if it has been over two weeks and she is not improving on the asthma meds, maybe it is not asthma. She asked if our doctor had done bloodwork or checked her airway. Nope, he did not. Isn't checking the airway one of the first things to do when breathing is an issue? Also, after talking to my former vet, developing asthmas at age 12 is very unusual. Basically I felt like Dr. Julien was not very diligent is in quest to find out what was wrong with my cat. The ER discovered that she had a giant tumor blocking her airway and she died that  day. When I called Dr. Julien to tell him what happened he said, "Oh, sorry." His voice had no compassion. In my opinion, Dr. Julien was either too busy or inexperienced to be thorough. When the problem is not getting better and the owner is calling you with updates every other day.....might be good to step back and consider a misdiagnosis. Also, I understand that sometimes vets miss things. But his response to her death was cold and unfeeling. And when I said that I was disappointed in how he handled her care he basically blew me off. I would never work with him again or send anyone to him. I lost my sweet girl of 12 years to something I feel another vet could have caught soon enough to treat. And to have her doctor be so cold about her death was just a slap to the face.

They are excellent. I grew up here and I've been using them since I was a kid and I'm 45. They are actually awesome. They are good people and offer good service. They are great with pets. They are a wonderful company. They are fairly priced in comparison to others. They have a website and they offer discounts and specials. I will always use them.

I like them very much. The vets actually go out of their way to explain the extended care plans that we have. They always call the day after the visit to make sure the animal is doing okay. They have great responsiveness as well. Their cost is comparable to other veterinarians in the area. They have been very flexible in the cost when having multiple visits.

It was just fine. We have used them for the last 10 years and if there have been any issues they have taken care of them. We have been very happy with them. They have always taken really good care of us and have been very helpful. They answer our questions and go above the call of duty. We have had one pet in their ICU in the past and they made accommodations for us to visit the pet and were very helpful in that regard.
