+ -1 moreBig Tex determined coil unit had go out, creating water damage to the house, techs did not fix problem after 3 service calls. Will not stand up to warranty work or installing. Lousy company with a lousy staff. I would never use this company for my A/C or New Building installation or service.
Description of Work: Big Tex Installed AC unit in a new house 2 years ago. We bought the house after it was built and empty for at least 6 months. Service work done sometime in August 2013 and replaced drainage unit. Had inspection of the unit and found major leakUnit was not touched by trusted AC company but now they claim that since he went in the attic that voids my warranty which is totally false since he did not do any work on the and just saw the issues outside of the unit.
